Do I need exact numbers to make a booking?
No, definitely not! This can be the hardest part of your job as the Group Leader – we know that getting a definite group size in the early stages is virtually impossible. To make this easy for you we only need a rough idea of numbers initially; we can then book up the activities and accommodation for you based on these figures. We do recommend that you book on your maximum group size, because it’s easier for us to reduce numbers down, than increase them later on. We don’t need you to confirm your exact numbers until the last minute.
What are the hotels like?
Our hotels range from 3* to 5* there is also a wide range of apartments all centrally located within 15 to 20 minutes’ walk of the main nightlife area. Where available, we aim to book twin rooms, with breakfast each morning and en suite bathroom facilities. Each hotel and apartment has been individually selected by us, on the basis of location, security, cleanliness and service. We will present you with the accommodation available for your chosen dates. Remember that that the more notice you give us, the greater choice you will have, however, all locations fill up exceptionally quickly from March through to September.
Where can I find flights?
We don’t include flights you will need to book your own flights. We recommend that you do this at least four to five months prior to your weekend to get the cheapest deals available. Try www.skyscanner.net, Air Serbia and Wizz Air, but remember that prices change quickly, so we advise you to get your flights booked up as soon as possible.
How do I book?
As a rule, to confirm a booking we just need flight details from the person making the booking, plus a rough idea of group size. We can then get everything in place for you. We ask you pay for only your accommodation up front. The further in advance you book the greater control you will have over your itinerary.
What time do the activities start?
Ideally we try to get the activities to start late afternoon onwards. However all activities operate on a first-come-first-served basis and they will not hold any time slots open for us for longer than 24 hours. The further in advance you book, the greater flexibility you will have in terms of getting the time slots you want. Let’s face it, no-one wants to shoot big guns at 8am on a Saturday morning after a night on the sauce!
Do I have to have the stag weekend on set days?
This is Belgrade, we party every day of the week. We can run most elements of our packages on any days you wish; it doesn’t have to be Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
When does the package have to be booked and paid for?
This is simple. The further in advance you book, the more likely you are to get the best activity time slots, a greater selection of hotels and generally more control over your weekend itinerary. Final balances do not need be settled until you arrive.
Do I have to book the full package?
If you decide you only want one activity let us know and we can provide you with a price for this. We try to be as flexible as you need us to be.
What do you mean by ‘minimum numbers’?
This means we have imposed a minimum group size on an activity and by booking this you are agreeing to pay for the stated amount of spaces, even if your group size falls below this.
Why should I bother using your company when I can just do it myself?
Belgrade Stag Weekends is very experienced, Belgrade is very different from most cities, everything here must be booked in advance, even a seat at the bar, and we know the very best clubs and bars that will welcome you with open arms. Most of our activities are exclusive to us, you can’t shoot an AK-47 anywhere else in Belgrade. This is where we come in. We will tie all of this up for you, take away all of the hassle, and manage your booking so everything runs according to plan
